GoForLess stands by the exclusive hotel savings that have been obtained for you.  Our goal is to always offer our members the absolute lowest rates on the web, but sometimes we might miss one. 

As a GoForLess Member, if you book a member rate and you find a lower rate for the same dates, the same property, and the matching room and rate type you booked, the process to inform us is simple:

  • Submit the Best Rate Guarantee form within 24 hours of booking the hotel.  The form is located within the Contact Us tab and is referred to as Price Match (Please include your Itinerary number and a description or link to the lower rate).
  • Our Reservations Department will review your request and either reimburse the difference or cancel the reservation free of charge.

This guarantee may not apply to special events or third-party bookings.  Refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the reservation. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to bookings made within a hotel's cancellation window when the hotel's cancellation policy involves a penalty.

You will be contacted via e-mail within 48 hours after you submit your request.  If you submit the form over the weekend, between Friday, 5 p.m. (Central), and Monday, 9 a.m. (Central), please allow an extra day for processing.
